Continuous zoom lens mechanism:
It is mainly composed of motor, gear, variable multiplier CAM, limit device, guide pin, variable multiplier group, compensation group, guide mechanism and so on.
Among them, the design of guide mechanism and variable zoom CAM is the core technology of continuous zoom mechanism.
The working principle is: When the product needs to be zooming, the control system sends a signal to the motor for zooming, the motor drives the gear, and the gear drives the zooming CAM to move.
At this time, the zooming group and the compensation group move in the two CAM slots satisfying the functional relationship through the guiding pin to realize the linear motion of the zooming combination compensation group.
When the zooming combination compensation group moves to the two limit positions, The work of the drive motor is controlled by the pressure switch.
The precision potentiometer rotates with the variable doubling CAM driven by the gear. The potentiometer outputs different voltages with the different angles of the variable doubling CAM.
The corresponding focal length of the system can be obtained by converting the voltage value.
